This loaf is a beauty! Naturally dairy and egg-free, this whole grain sorghum blend bread is given a nice long rise and baked in a cast iron Dutch oven. A delightfully hearty artisan crust surrounds a lovely springy crumb. Each loaf is approximately 8" round and 35 ounces.
Ingredients: sorghum flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, psyllium husk, sugar, olive oil, yeast, salt. Prepared on common smallwares with items containing peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, milk & soy.
