Gourmet Cake & Cupcake Flavors

The flavors here are described how they are presented when made as cupcakes. Cakes will have some changes to their presentation (for example, a pineapple upside down cupcake has one cherry, but a full cake has many.) 💖 = Denotes flavors that can be customized (with some adjustments as needed) as cakes & cupcakes with special colors, or made into custom cakes by special order (such as wedding cakes or detailed birthday cakes). Please note that any customization will contain food coloring.

• American Buttercream - Sweet, traditional buttercream that does NOT require refrigeration.

 

• Cream Cheese Buttercream - Sweet, tangy, vanilla cream cheese frosting that DOES require refrigeration.

 

About substitution requests for types of buttercream frostings: I have chosen the specific types of buttercreams that best complement each of my over 70 flavors of cakes. However, cakes listed with Cream Cheese Buttercream CAN be substituted with American Buttercream by requesting in the "notes" section when placing your order. Please note that cakes with American Buttercream listed above must be frosted with American as it is important to the integrity of the recipe.

 

💍All wedding cakes/cupcakes will be frosted with American Buttercream, regardless of cake flavor.

🐄 Dairy-Free and Vegan cakes/cupcakes are made with coconut milk and frosted with my special dairy-free and vegan American Buttercream recipe. Vegan cakes/cupcakes contain a vegan egg substitute. Cream cheese buttercream is not available for dairy-free or vegan cakes.
