Angel Food Cake- 9" round, baked in a traditional angel food cake pan. Available with or without homemade strawberry preserves drizzle (on the side) Each angel food cake is baked with 17 eggs whites! 😮 Serves 8. 

Strawberry Banana Split Cake- 9" Round (Layers of Vanilla Cake, Swiss Meringue (Whipped), Chocolate Cake, Vanilla Custard with Fresh Banana Slices, Vanilla Cake, Fresh Strawberries in Syrup, and one final layer of Chocolate Cake, all topped with Swiss Meringue (whipped) frosting and Fresh Strawberries in Syrup. Note: There are no nuts, cherries or pineapple in this cake, but the flavor focus is bananas and strawberries) This cake is a showstopper! Serves 16-24.

Boston Creme Pie- 9" Round (Two layers of vanilla cake filled with vanilla custard and topped with chocolate ganache) Serves 16-20.

Red Velvet Cheesecake Cake- 9" round (two layers of red velvet cake, filled with whipped cheesecake, and finished with cream cheese frosting. Serves 12-20. 

Strawberry Cheesecake Crunch Cake- 9" Round (Two layers of strawberry cake, filled with whipped cheesecake, frosted in vanilla buttercream and covered in strawberry cookie crunch. Serves 16-20.

Pineapple Upside Down Bundt Cake- 9" Round Pineapple Bundt Cake, baked in a brown sugar butter and pineapple layer and maraschino cherries. Serves 12.

Texas Sheetcake- 9"x13" quarter sheet cake (single layer) baked in a foil tray and boxed in a quarter sheet cake box. Available with or without walnuts. Serves 12.

Tres Leches Cake- 8" square ultra creamy, rich milk cake, drenched in milky goodness, frosted with fresh whipped cream, and finished with a dash of cinnamon. Serves 8. 

NYC Vanilla Milk Confetti Layer Cake- 6" round 4 layer vanilla confetti cake drizzled with vanilla milk, and layered with confetti cookie crumbles and swiss meringue buttercream. Serves 12-20. 

Cassata Cake - 8" two layer vanilla cake, torted into 4 layers, filled with sweetened ricotta and fresh strawberries, and frosted with whipped cream. Serves 12-18.
