Gluten-Free Soft Pretzels

Four of my gluten-free soft pretzels. Same amazing soft pretzels you have loved in years past, before you went gluten-free. Dip in your favorite cheese, mustard, or enjoy all by themselves. Twisted into a perfectly tender and delicious soft pretzel and finished with a sprinkle of kosher salt.
Approximately 16 ounces (one pound) bag of soft pretzel bites, made from my same pretzel dough. Baked to perfection.
Wrap soft pretzels and pretzel bites with foil and warm on a cookie sheet briefly in the oven (just until warm) for an authentic warm pretzel stand experience any time. Delicious! (PS these freeze beautifully!)
Ingredients: rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, eggs, psyllium husk, brown sugar (sugar, molasses), yeast, xanthan gum baking soda, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, cream of tartar, corn starch), butter (pasteurized cream salt), canola oil, salt. Prepared on common smallwares with items containing peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, milk & soy.
