Gluten-Free Flour Tortillas
One half dozen flour tortillas. Tortillas are handmade with rustic edges and are approximately 9". These are naturally dairy and egg-free.
These are ultra flexible fresh-made, and are recommended to be frozen the same day you receive to keep them at their original freshness. Each tortilla is divided with deli paper and bagged, for ease of separation when frozen.
To use once frozen:
A single tortilla removed from the freezer should be covered with a damp paper towel and warmed briefly in a microwave on a 50% or defrost setting just until warm. This will return it to its beautifully flexible state to be used to create a wrap, soft taco, or other dish of your choosing.
Ingredients: Rice flour, potato starch, corn starch, psyllium husk, canola oil, salt.
