Easy Gyros
Ingredients:
- 1/2 large sized red onion, minced
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground lamb
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp cumin
- 1 Tbsp oregano
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions:
Create patties into an oblong shape, and grill as burgers.
Serve with Ginger's Gluten Free Pitas, warmed, and garnish with lettuce, sliced red onion, and tomatoes. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce.
