Miss baklava? These are phenomenal! When I visited Istanbul, Turkey many years ago, I had the best baklava of my life. This was years before I had to eliminate wheat from my diet, so I enjoyed the "real thing". My favorite was a rolled baklava, which is what I create here.
One dozen pieces or 6 pieces of delicious baklava! Handmade paper thin, crispy, flaky, delicate handmade gluten-free phyllo dough, rolled with your choice of either walnuts or pecans that have been lightly seasoned with cinnamon, brushed with butter, and soaked in honey sauce.
