Gluten-Free Gourmet Breakfast Pastries (if you loved "Pop Tarts")

One half dozen (6) tender, flaky, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth pastries filled with delectable fruit or spice fillings and lightly drizzled with a vanilla glaze. These can be enjoyed room temperature, or warmed gently in an oven single layer on a cookie sheet or in a toaster oven (not recommended to be heated in a toaster)

Ingredients: rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, raspberries, strawberries, brown sugar (sugar, molasses), butter (pasteurized cream, salt),  corn starch, pectin, eggs, lemon juice, xanthan gum, cinnamon, salt.      Prepared on common smallwares with items containing peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, milk & soy.
