One half dozen (6) large handmade ravioli (each ravioli is just shy of 3" across). These are filled with a blend of ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, and herbs.
Drop ravioli in a boiling pot of water until they float and are tender. Serve with the sauce of your choice.
